The appointments are displayed in different colours so you can see at a glance the required treatment. Each time your client completes an appointment, the information is stored on the system. This information can be accessed from the client list or the actual appointment. The information can be used simply to see what treatment the client had on their last appointment, or added to a query when targeting clients in a mail shot.
